For players looking for a more competitive fix — or simply wanting to take the next step — East Volleyball Club offers a range of social, development, and competitive teams to suit different skill levels and experience.

Whether you’re still building confidence or already have plenty of game experience, we have teams and leagues that match where you’re at. Our season runs from March through to December, giving players plenty of opportunities to learn, improve, and enjoy the game. 

Our focus is on creating a positive, supportive environment — helping players grow their skills, enjoy volleyball, and feel part of the East whānau, no matter their starting point. 

Following teams for 2026:

Mens and Womens (Maroon) - Competitive Teams 

Designed for players looking to compete at a higher-level while being part of a supportive and committed team environment. Ideally will participate in Northern Zone and Nation Club Champs 

Mens and Womens (Silver) - Social Teams 

Ideal for players looking to challenge themselves in weekly social competitions, with the added bonus of being part of a supportive and committed team environment. 

Boys and Girls (Black) - Development Teams 

Perfect for players who are developing their skills and keen to get more on-court experience in a semi-competitive environment, while being supported by teammates and coaches.
